Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Invexa ERP, the business software provided by Invexa ERP ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or signing in you accept them.

Your workspace and your data

Your workspace keeps its records in its own database. Your data is yours: we use it to run the service for you and for nothing else.
You can export your data as CSV from every list and report at any time, and you may ask us for a copy of your database while your workspace is active.
You are responsible for what your team enters, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for the accuracy of the records you keep.

Plans, trials and payment

A new workspace starts on a free trial. After that a paid plan is required to keep making changes.
Fees and limits are those shown on your Plan & Billing page when you subscribe. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change.
If a subscription is not renewed, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still view, print and export everything, but not record new transactions.
Payments already made are not refundable for time already served, unless the law says otherwise.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance is done outside business hours where practical.
Databases are backed up daily. Backups of a deleted workspace are kept for 14 days and then removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, or whose fees are long overdue. We tell you why.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. Deletion removes the database after a final backup, which is then kept for the period above.
We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious misuse. You can export your data before it ends.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
