Privacy policy

This policy explains what Invexa ERP collects when you use Invexa ERP, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we hold

Account details: your workspace name, the names, usernames, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of the people you give access to.
Business records you enter: customers, suppliers, products, stock, sales, purchases, payments and the documents built from them.
Technical records: sign-in times, the IP address a change came from, and an activity log of who changed what — this is what makes the audit trail trustworthy.
Billing records: the plan, payments recorded against it and the dates they cover.

Why we hold it

To run the service for you: to show your records, calculate your reports and keep your workspace secure.
To support you when you ask, and to contact you about your subscription or a service problem.
To meet our own legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use your business records to train anything.

Where it lives

Each workspace has its own database, so one customer's records are never mixed with another's.
Databases are backed up daily; backups are encrypted in transit and kept for a limited period.
Only the people you invite can see your workspace. Our staff access it only when you ask for support, or to fix a fault.

Who else sees it

Only the suppliers we need to run the service — hosting, e-mail delivery and, if you pay online, the payment provider. They act on our instructions. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your records stay for as long as your workspace exists.
If a workspace is deleted, its database is removed after a final backup, which is kept for 14 days.
Activity-log entries and one-time request keys are pruned on a schedule.

Your choices

Export: every list and report exports to CSV, at any time, without asking us.
Correction and deletion: you can edit or remove records yourself, and ask us to delete the whole workspace.
Access: write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and remember your language and theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
